§ 1042. Record of cases; instructions The Commissioner shall keep an accurate record of cases reported as provided in sections 1007 and 1041 of this title. Upon being notified of a case mentioned in sections 1007 and 1041 of this title, the Commissioner shall take such action as the Commissioner deems necessary for the protection of the public and the individual’s health.
