§ 3448a. Appeal [Repealed effective July 1, 2026] Any municipal corporation or independent school as defined in section 3447 of this title aggrieved by an order, allocation, or award of the State Board of Education may, within 30 days, appeal to the Superior Court in the county in which the project is located.
