§ 2827. Confidentiality of personally identifying information Except as otherwise provided by law, or by consent of the individual identified in the record, information that directly or indirectly identifies applicants, recipients, beneficiaries, or participants in programs administered by the Corporation, including grant, loan, scholarship, outreach, or investment plan programs, is exempt from public inspection and copying under the Public Records Act and shall be kept confidential.
