§ 2106. Strikes and contract imposition prohibited (a) School employees and the representatives of school employees shall be prohibited from engaging in a strike, as defined by 21 V.S.A. § 1722(16), in relation to the negotiation of an agreement pursuant to this chapter. (b) The representatives of school employers shall be prohibited from imposing the terms of the agreement that is subject to this chapter.
