§ 3062. Jurisdiction; review of guardian’s actions (a) If this State has jurisdiction of a guardianship proceeding pursuant to chapter 114 of this title, then the Probate Division of the Superior Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the proceedings. All proceedings to determine whether this court has jurisdiction pursuant to chapter 114 of this title shall be brought in the Probate Division of the Superior Court. (b) The Probate Division of the Superior Court shall have exclusive original jurisdiction over all proceedings brought under the authority of this chapter or pursuant to 18 V.S.A. § 9718. (c) The Probate Division of the Superior Court shall have supervisory authority over guardians. Any interested person may seek review of a guardian’s proposed or past actions by filing a motion with the court.
