§ 905. Rioters injuring building or vessel Persons riotously assembled who destroy or injure a dwelling house or other building, steamboat, or vessel shall each be imprisoned not more than five years and fined not more than $1,000.00, or both, and be answerable to the person injured for the damages in a civil action.
