Unauthorized disclosure

§ 7611. Unauthorized disclosure
A person who knowingly accesses or discloses sealed criminal history record information
without authorization shall be assessed a civil penalty of not more than $1,000.00.
Each unauthorized disclosure shall constitute a separate civil violation.
