§ 5310. Nondisclosure of information about victim A witness testifying in a criminal proceeding, including any discovery proceedings, shall not be compelled to disclose the victim’s residential address or place of employment on the record unless the court finds, based upon a preponderance of the evidence, that nondisclosure of the information will prejudice the defendant.
