Actions against moneyed corporations for penalty

§ 4511. Actions against moneyed corporations for penalty
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to actions against moneyed corporations
or against the directors or stockholders thereof, to recover a penalty or forfeiture
imposed or to enforce a liability created by the act of incorporation or other law.
Such actions shall be brought by the aggrieved party within six years after the discovery
of the facts upon which the penalty or forfeiture attached or by which the liability
was created.
