§ 2152. Penalty
A person who violates a provision of section 2151 of this title shall be fined not more than $250.00 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both,
for the first offense and fined not more than $2,000.00 or imprisoned not more than
five years, or both, for a subsequent offense. When a person has been convicted in
any state of a felony or of a violation of a statute prohibiting bookmaking, his or
her conviction under this section shall be considered a subsequent offense.
