Fraudulent use of badges

§ 2011. Fraudulent use of badges
A person not entitled by the rules and regulations of the departments of the Grand
Army of the Republic, the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United
States, Sons of Veterans, Woman’s Relief Corps, Ladies of the Grand Army of the Republic,
Woman’s Auxiliary of the American Legion, or of any patriotic, secret, or charitable
society, who willfully wears a badge, button, or insignia of any such society or uses
the same for any fraudulent purpose within the State, shall be imprisoned not more
than 30 days or fined not more than $50.00, or both.
