§ 856. Service of process Service of process by virtue of section 855 of this title shall be made pursuant to 11 V.S.A. § 1656 by delivering to the Secretary of State duplicate copies of the process and a fee of $25.00, to be taxed in the plaintiff’s costs if he or she prevails.
