§ 4985. Mode of process; venue The mode of process shall be by summons and complaint and the action shall be held in the Superior Court of the county in which the land lies, if it is a grant of land. If it is an act of incorporation, the action shall be held in the county in which any part of the business of the corporation is done, or, by the terms of the act, should be done.
