§ 4820. Valuation determined After such deed is so lodged, the court shall appoint a committee of three disinterested persons from the vicinity in which the land lies, who, on oath, shall ascertain what would then have been the value of such land if betterments had not been made thereon, and make and return a report thereof in writing to the clerk of the court within 30 days from the date of the determination of the matter.
