§ 3402. Attachment after advertisement After the property is advertised for sale, a creditor shall not have a right to prevent such sale by attachment of the same. The property may be charged by attachment or execution put into the hands of the officer holding it, as if the same were not advertised for sale, and the proceeds thereof shall be held subject to the attachments and executions in the officer’s hands, at the time of the sale, against the owner of the property.
