§ 3355. Payment of debt not due When such debt is not due at the time fixed by the officer for sale of the property, the creditor may offer to pay the debt to the mortgagee, pledgee, or holder of the lien. If such payment is accepted, the same proceedings may be had as provided in section 3353 of this title.
