§ 3146. Mortgagor of personal property summoned as trustee of mortgagee—Mortgagee defined The word “mortgagee” as used in sections 3147-3152 of this title shall be construed to mean the mortgagee, assignee of the mortgagee, or other person holding his or her interest.
