§ 3132. Claims of third persons—Appearance; notice When it appears that goods, effects, or credits in the hands of an alleged trustee are claimed by another person, the court may permit such claimant to appear and maintain his or her right. If he or she does not appear, notice for that purpose may be issued and served on him or her in such manner as the court directs.
