§ 3125. Payment of trustee’s claim by creditor When it appears that personal property in the hands of a person summoned as a trustee is mortgaged, pledged, or liable for the payment of a debt due to him or her, the court may allow the attaching creditor to pay or tender the amount due to the trustee, and he or she shall thereupon deliver such property, as provided in this subchapter, to the officer holding the execution.
