§ 3122. Value as between trustee and defendant The value of such personal property so delivered shall be ascertained, as between the trustee and defendant, as if it had been delivered to the defendant. Upon the application of either party, the court may determine such value and make an order as to such property and the expense of keeping and delivering the same, proper to protect the rights of the trustee and the defendant.
