§ 1693. Weather record A copy of the record of weather observations, taken under the direction of any department of the U.S. government, may be received in evidence in a civil cause in any court, if certified under oath by the officer in charge thereof at the place where the same was taken and kept. Such certified copy shall be prima facie evidence of the facts stated therein.
