§ 3404. Specified office and agent Each limited partnership shall continuously maintain in this State: (1) an office, which may but need not be a place of its business in this State, at which shall be kept the records required by section 3405 of this title to be maintained; and (2) an agent for service of process on the limited partnership pursuant to section 1655 of this title.
