§ 1657. Certificate of good standing Upon request of any person and payment of the applicable fee, the Secretary of State shall issue a certificate of good standing for a business organization that is authorized to do business in this State, and that is currently active and in good standing as of the date the certificate is issued, as reflected in the records of the Secretary.
