§ 6239. Goods and services A leaseholder shall not be restricted in his or her choice of vendors from whom he or she may purchase goods and services. This section shall not be construed to prohibit a mobile home park owner from contracting with any or all leaseholders for the sale, supply, or distribution of goods and services, but such contract shall not be required as a condition of entrance to the mobile home park.
