§ 6203. Municipal acquisition of land for mobile home parks Any municipality, or group of municipalities jointly, may acquire land for the purpose of encouraging the development of suitable mobile home parks under this chapter, and may lease or sell such land to private persons for that purpose, and may impose additional restrictions on the land conforming to the spirit of this chapter and acquired by a municipality under this section.
