§ 6110. Appeals
(a) A person aggrieved by a decision of the Secretary regarding the establishment of a
TID or the transportation impact fee for the TID may appeal to the Civil Division
of the Superior Court under Rule 74 of the Vermont Rules of Civil Procedure.
(b) A permit issued by the Agency under 19 V.S.A. § 1111 may be appealed in accordance with 19 V.S.A. § 5.
(c) Appeal of an act or decision of a District Commission under this subchapter shall
be pursuant to section 6089 of this title.
