§ 6003. Penalties A violation of any provision of this chapter or the rules adopted under this chapter is punishable by a fine of not more than $500.00 for each day of the violation or imprisonment for not more than two years, or both. A person who completely transfers ownership and control of property that is the subject of a permit under this chapter shall not be liable for later violations of that permit by another person.
