§ 1924. Integrity report The owner or operator of an underground storage tank may be ordered by the Secretary to complete a tank integrity demonstration in the following circumstances: (1) when the Secretary has reason to suspect there is or has been a release, or (2) when in the Secretary’s opinion the age, operation, or conditions surrounding the installation, or any combination of the above, so warrant.
