§ 1343. Commission membership The State shall be represented on the Commission by five commissioners, one of whom shall be the Commissioner of Environmental Conservation, and four of whom shall be appointed by the Governor. Of those appointed by the Governor, one shall be an officer of municipal government, and the remaining members may be members of the public or officers or employees of State government.
