§ 1192. Policy It is the policy of this State to join with the State of New Hampshire in a common effort to ensure that development within the Connecticut River watershed proceeds in ways that protect its outstanding ecological, scenic, recreational, historic, cultural, agricultural, fish, and wildlife values.
