(1) A court has jurisdiction over a proceeding brought under this chapter in accordance with Title 78A, Judiciary and Judicial Administration. (2) An appeal may be taken from an order or judgment under this part as in other civil actions. Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 366, 2024 General Session
