(1) As used in this part, "divorce" includes an annulment. (2) An adjudicative proceeding may be maintained to determine the parentage of a child. (3) A judicial proceeding is governed by the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure. (4) An administrative proceeding is governed by Title 63G, Chapter 4, Administrative Procedures Act.
