(1) A person may not solicit or advertise to: (a) find a person to which to make a transfer of custody in violation of Subsection 81-14-203(1); (b) identify a minor child for a transfer of custody in violation of Subsection 81-14-203(3); or (c) act as an intermediary in a transfer of custody in violation of Subsection 81-14-203(3).
