As used in this part: (1) "Guardian" means a person recognized as a guardian under other law of this state. (2) "Intermediary" means a person that assists or facilitates a transfer of custody of a minor child, whether or not for compensation. Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 426, 2025 General Session
