(1) A juvenile offender may be discharged from the jurisdiction of the division at any time, by written order of the authority, upon a finding that no further purpose would be served by secure care or supervision in a community setting. (2) A juvenile offender shall be discharged in accordance with Section 80-6-804. (3) Discharge of a juvenile offender is a complete release of all penalties incurred by adjudication of the offense for which the juvenile offender was committed to secure care.
