(1) A juvenile probation officer, or other agency designated by the juvenile court, shall make a dispositional report in writing in all minors' cases in which a petition has been filed, except in cases involving violations of traffic laws or ordinances, violations of wildlife laws and boating laws, and other minor cases. (2) When preparing a dispositional report and recommendation in a minor's case, the juvenile probation officer, or other agency designated by the juvenile court, shall consider the juvenile disposition guidelines, as defined in Section 63M-7-401.1, and any other factors relevant to the disposition designated in the juvenile disposition guidelines . (3) Where the allegations of a petition filed under Section 80-6-305 are denied, the investigation may not be made until the juvenile court has made an adjudication.
