(1) Except for a filing fee for a petition under this part, the juvenile court may not charge a fee for: (a) an issuance of an expungement order under this part; or (b) an expungement of a record under this part. (2) An agency may not charge a fee for the expungement of a record under this part. Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 261, 2021 General Session
