No later than December 31 of each year, the division shall provide to the Criminal Justice Appropriations Subcommittee a written report of the division's activities under Subsection 80-5-202(1)(c) and Section 80-5-302, including: (1) for the report submitted in 2019, the formula used to calculate the savings from General Fund appropriations under Subsection 80-5-202(1)(c); (2) the amount of savings from General Fund appropriations calculated by the division for the previous fiscal year; (3) an accounting of the money expended or committed to be expended under Subsection 80-5-302(4); and (4) the balance of the account.
