Division employees -- Failure to comply with law or division rule or policy --

Termination.
(1) The director shall ensure that an employee is fully trained to comply with state and federal
law, administrative rules made in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative
Rulemaking Act, and division policy in order to effectively carry out the employee's assigned
duties and functions.
(2) If, after training and supervision, an employee consistently fails to comply with laws, rules, or
policies, the employee's employment with the division shall be terminated.
