(1) There is created the Division of Child and Family Services within the department. (2) The division is under the administration and general supervision of the executive director of the department. (3) The division has all functions, powers, duties, rights, and responsibilities described in this chapter and Chapter 2a, Removal and Protective Custody of a Child, except those assumed by the department.
