80-1-103. Cooperation of political subdivisions and public or private agencies and organizations. (1) Every county, municipality, and school district, and the Department of Health and Human Services, the Division of Juvenile Justice and Youth Services, the Division of Child and Family Services, the Office of Substance Use and Mental Health, the State Board of Education, and state and local law enforcement officers, shall render all assistance and cooperation within their jurisdiction and power to further the provisions of this title. (2) A juvenile court is authorized to seek the cooperation of all agencies and organizations, public or private, whose objective is the protection or aid of minors.
