(1) The council, in consultation with the office, may utilize the Electrical Energy Development Investment Fund created in Section 79-6-1105 to provide project financing and matching grants for entities participating in the campus. (2) Funding made available from the federal government for development of a campus in Utah shall be deposited into the Electrical Energy Development Investment Fund created in Section 79-6-1105.
