(79-4-1002 The division shall make rules, in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, to grant free admission to state parks to an honorably discharged veteran who: (1) is a resident of the state; and (2) has a current service-connected disability rating issued by the United States Veterans Benefits Administration.
