(1) A violation of a permanent criminal stalking injunction issued under this part is a third degree
felony in accordance with Subsection 76-5-106.5(3)(b).
(2) A violation of a permanent criminal stalking injunction issued under this part may be enforced in
a civil action initiated by the stalking victim, a criminal action initiated by a prosecuting attorney,
or both.
