Utah Code § 78B-6a-104

Violation of order enjoining a public or private nuisance -- Civil penalty

A person who knowingly violates any judgment or order abating or enjoining a public nuisance or
private nuisance:
(1) is guilty of a class B misdemeanor; and
(2) is subject to a civil penalty of $50 per day for each day that the nuisance continues in violation
of the order.
