Judicial financial disclosure -- Reporting requirement

(1) As used in this section, "judicial officer" means a judge or a court commissioner of the justice
court, the district court, the juvenile court, the Business and Chancery Court, the Court of
Appeals, or the Supreme Court.
(2) The Judicial Council shall:
(a) by rule, require a judicial officer to submit an annual financial disclosure that is comparable to
the conflict of interest disclosure described in Section 20A-11-1604; and
(b) post a judicial officer's annual financial disclosure described in Subsection (2)(a) on a website
that allows the public to access the disclosure.
(3) Before November 1, 2026, the Judicial Council shall submit a written report describing the
actions the Judicial Council has taken under Subsection (2) to the Judiciary Interim Committee.
