77-23f-109. Exclusion of records. Reverse-location information or identifying information obtained in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the rules governing exclusion as if the records were obtained in violation of the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution and Utah Constitution, Article I, Section 14.
