(1) Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5 and 76-9-1501 apply to this section. (2) An actor commits conspiracy to obstruct the operation of a bus if the actor willfully combines or conspires with another individual to violate Section 76-9-1509 , Obstructing the operation of a bus.
