(1) Terms defined in Section 76-1-101.5 apply to this section. (2) An actor commits disrupting a meeting or procession if the actor: (a) obstructs or interferes with a lawful meeting, procession, or gathering by physical action, verbal utterance, or any other means; and (b) intends the obstruction or disruption described in Subsection (2)(a) to prevent or disrupt the meeting, procession, or gathering. (3) A violation of Subsection (2) is a class B misdemeanor.
