(1) Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5 and 76-6-201 apply to this section. (2) An actor commits burglary of a vehicle if the actor unlawfully enters any vehicle with intent to commit a felony or theft. (3) A violation of Subsection (2) is a class A misdemeanor. (4) A charge against an actor for a violation of Subsection (2) does not preclude a charge for a commission of any other offense.
